This week in the winery, some of our vintage 2019 ferments have started to go into different vessels to age!


While some of our wines age in stainless steel tanks which impart no flavor, others will get put into oak ovals, cuve's, and barrels for different purposes. These different oak vessels come in different shapes and sizes which effect our wines in different ways from flavor profile changes to different amounts of oak and lees contact with our wines.


Some of our red wines will stay in oak vessels for up to 12 months until they reach the optimal balance of flavors.
