Fruit Maturity Samples - Part Two

This week at the winery we've followed our fruit maturity samples from the vineyard into the lab! Pictured here is our fruit samples getting pressed into juice so that we can analyze their brix, acid, and pH levels. We're keeping a close eye on our grapes until they reach the perfect level of ripeness - then harvest will begin!
